System Design & Consultancy

Having worked on several projects since 1993, we have acquired the necessary expertise and experience to serve as Entertainment or Worship Technology Consultants for your building or house of worship – for refurbishments as well as new projects. PF Syztems will work closely with other consultants (architects, structural/electrical/mechanical/acoustic/civil engineers) on the project team from conception to completion to ensure that the facilities you get completely match your expectations for audio, video, lighting and multimedia. We also design, supply and install Conference Public Address, Security, CCTV, Voice Evacuation and Electronic Voting Systems. Even our competitors credit us for our depth of understanding of project deliverables and unparalleled attention to details. However, our long-standing policy is to give a total waiver of consultancy fees to Houses of Worship if we win your bid to supply and install your ET systems. Our professionals will work you through the project phases of Syztem Analysis, Syztem Design/Costing, Syztem Implementation and finally Installation & Commissioning.

At PF Syztems, support is a key component of our business model and support for our clients is priority in our business relationship. Consequently, we have the following sub-departments built into our corporate structure-

Training & Manpower Development: We understand that it is not just about purchasing the best equipment for your facility but the quality of personnel becomes a crucial factor in operations. Your technical personnel is probably the most important part of your system design. At PF, we provide training support for all our clients (especially houses of worship) so that your crew can maximize the use of equipment and give you a good return on investment. We facilitate on-site training seminars to suit the client’s specific needs and requirements. And we always encourage our clients to establish a network among themselves so that the cost of training can be shared. We go as far as providing recruitment services in order to match the right personnel with your syztems.
Repair & Maintenance: We accept all ET and Conference Communication equipment for repair on payment of the appropriate diagnostic fee. Periodic preventive maintenance visits are also scheduled on-site to ensure that your syztem continues to function at peak level and give you great satisfaction. We also provide on-site inventory service of your equipment stock
